Kemer Taxi Fares: Uber, the Meter, and Rides Along the Coast
A Kemer taxi meter starts at 60 lira ($1.20) and adds 70 lira ($1.40) per kilometer, with the same rate day and night. Uber also runs here with local taxis, and its page puts an average 14 minute trip at 784 lira ($15.70). A ride to Goynuk comes to about 730 lira ($14.60). The bus covers the same stretch for 80 lira ($1.60).
The problem shows up when you try to call a car. Uber needs data, and hotel Wi-Fi may reach only the lobby. It can also show up on your phone and still not connect. If you bring your own data, the app works in your room and on the beach.
Dollar amounts use about 49.9 lira to $1, the rate on 2026-10-30. Uber details were checked that day. The meter tariff and bus fares come from city council decisions that took effect on March 23, 2026, checked on 2026-10-16. Distances were checked the same day.
In short:
- Uber runs 24/7 in Kemer with licensed local taxis, and takes cash or a card added in the app.
- The meter costs 60 lira to start and 70 lira per km, with a 250 lira ($5) minimum. There is no night rate.
- A ride to Antalya's old town comes to about 3,150 lira ($63). Bus KA07 costs 170 lira ($3.40) to Antalya bus station.
- Without an app, go to the Favori Taksi stand on Yali Caddesi in the center.
Is there Uber in Kemer?
Yes. Uber's Kemer page says you can request a local taxi through the app at any hour. Drivers are licensed, cars are legally registered, and Uber says it does not partner with unlicensed taxis. Each car takes up to 4 people.
The page gives an average of 784 lira ($15.70) for a 14 minute trip. That fits the meter: 60 lira plus 70 lira a kilometer reaches 784 lira at a little over 10 km, or about 6.4 miles.
You can pay in cash or with a card added to your Uber account. You can also tip in the app or in cash. If you use a US card, check your bank's foreign transaction fee.
Install Uber and sign up at home, while your usual number gets texts. Keep a backup in mind too, such as a stand or the bus, in case no car is nearby.
Taxi stands in Kemer
The Favori Taksi stand serves central Kemer. A city transport decision from October 31, 2025 lists its waiting spots:
- Yali Caddesi 16, in front of the Ayisigi complex, near Moonlight Beach
- Yali Caddesi, in front of the soup restaurants (corbacilar)
- The corner of Deniz Caddesi and 131 Sokak
- The junction of Yali Caddesi and Baris Manco Caddesi, once a pull-in is built there
Taxis from Kemer stands use the rate for Antalya's resort districts. Check for the fare card in the car, which the rules say must be on display.

Antalya Airport to Kemer
Uber says you can request a taxi at Antalya Airport and book rides up to 30 days ahead. The airport taxi cooperative advertises fixed prices, and a fare board stands near the rank. Ask for the Kemer price before you get in.
A taxi starting at the airport runs on the central Antalya rate, which gives about 2,940 to 3,090 lira ($59 to $62) for this trip. The other way costs more, because a Kemer taxi uses the resort rate shown above. Our Antalya Airport taxi guide covers the ranks at each terminal.
The cheap route takes longer. Bus 600 or 600G runs from the airport to Antalya bus station for 42 lira ($0.84), and KA07 goes on to Kemer for 170 lira ($3.40). Our Antalya public transport guide covers cards and airport routes.
Buses and dolmus instead of a taxi
These fares took effect on March 23, 2026. The council had new transit fares on its October 12 agenda, so check the Antalyakart app before you go.
| From Antalya to | Full fare | By bank card |
|---|---|---|
| Beldibi | 120 lira ($2.40) | 130 lira ($2.60) |
| Goynuk | 140 lira ($2.80) | 155 lira ($3.10) |
| Kemer | 170 lira ($3.40) | 185 lira ($3.70) |
| Camyuva | 180 lira ($3.60) | 200 lira ($4) |
| Tekirova | 205 lira ($4.10) | 225 lira ($4.50) |
| Cirali | 240 lira ($4.80) | 265 lira ($5.30) |
Inside Kemer, a ride costs 42 lira ($0.84), or 46 lira ($0.92) by bank card. From Camyuva or Tekirova to Phaselis, it is 80 lira ($1.60). Paying by bank card costs more, so a US card also adds any foreign fee from your bank.
KA07, Kemer to Antalya bus station. It stops in Kemer on Dortyol Boulevard and on Yali, Karayer, and Baris Manco streets, then serves Goynuk and Beldibi. On weekdays, buses run from about 6:20 a.m. to around midnight, every 10 to 15 minutes during the day.
TA08, Tekirova to Antalya bus station. It starts in Tekirova, stops at the Phaselis museum, and passes Camyuva, Kemer, and Goynuk. On weekdays, it leaves Tekirova from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Antalya from 6:20 a.m. to 10:45 p.m., about every 20 minutes in the daytime.
Stops and times are on Antalyakart. The KA07 fare to Antalya is about 5% of what the meter would show for the same trip.
Paying and filing a complaint
Carry lira in small bills. Before a metered ride from a stand, check three things:
- The fare card is in the car, and the meter starts at 60 lira.
- No one adds a night rate. The tariff has none.
- The total looks close to the table above.
Antalya's metropolitan municipality takes complaints about taxis, stands, and drivers through its online "Dilek/Sikayet" form. The main number is 0242 249 50 00. You will need the plate number, the time, and the route, so write them down right after the ride.
Getting data for your ride
nPerf's map on October 16, 2026 showed Vodafone 4G+ or 5G in central Kemer, Goynuk, Beldibi, Camyuva, and Tekirova. These are two years of user tests, not a promise of 5G on any plan.
The cable car is harder. At the lower station on Tahtali, Vodafone had no readings within about a third of a mile, while Turk Telekom showed 4G+. At the top, no network showed any. Ask your driver about the ride back before you go up.
Our Turkey eSIM runs on Vodafone and Turk Telekom. You set it up at home over Wi-Fi with a QR code. Days start with your first connection in Turkey, and your regular US number stays on as a second line. Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked, so check your phone here.
On 2026-10-30, plans cost $3.50 for 1 GB over 7 days and $7 for 3 GB over 30 days. One GB covers about 5 hours of maps and ride apps. If your US plan already includes Turkey at a price you accept, you do not need this. To compare local SIM options, see our Antalya SIM card guide.
